Background

Mr. Ladouceur holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has over 18-years experience in energy financing and financial analysis. Mr. Ladouceur spent several years with Royal Bank Canada and RBCDS, in their energy lending and structured finance groups devising debt financing structures for energy companies in Canada and abroad. In September 1999, he left RBCDS to join Invasion Energy Inc. as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ladouceur is responsible for arranging and managing Ferus’ financing, investments and disbursement of funds. Additionally, he oversees all legal and regulatory functions at Ferus and is Ferus’ primary contact for external affairs including communication with media, government officials, business associations and regulatory agencies.
